PRINTING PROCESS
Our designs are printed using the highest quality professional direct to garment (DTG) process, meaning fabric-grade ink is printed directly onto the tote bag and blends with the fibers. This allows us to achieve a vintage style look on some of our designs, and a feel that is similar to screen-printing (but avoids the thick rubbery feeling of vinyl).

Slight variances in color and size are normal compared to what you see on a computer screen.

-Order print production time: 2-6 days
-Standard shipping time: 3-7 business days AFTER production time

RETURN POLICY
All items are custom made-to-order through an outsourced print provider. There are no returns or exchanges.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
